Introduction to acrylamide production process 

The process of biological enzyme catalytic method is as follows: the qualified strains cultured in the aseptic room are inserted into the seed tank and fermenter, and the nitrile-containing hydratase-N bacteria are produced under suitable nutritional conditions and at 28¡æ temperature, and the biocatalyst is prepared by cell separation technology. In the catalytic reactor with water as the reaction medium, under the action of hydratase containing nitrile to complete the reaction process of acrylonitrile to acrylamide, the reaction at atmospheric pressure of 10 ~ 20¡æ, PH7-8 conditions, the concentration of acrylonitrile in the reaction medium is controlled at 3-4% (weight), but must be maintained at 5% (weight) below, so as to avoid microbial poisoning. When the catalytic reaction is completed, acrylonitrile is converted to > 99.9% acrylamide yield of nearly 100%, the product concentration of 30%, and then concentrated after refining, when the concentration of acrylamide is 60%, it is sent to the crystallization kettle for crystallization at 4¡æ. After 4 hours, AM slurry will be sent to centrifuge for separation. The crystal enters the drying bed to dry, when the moisture is less than 2%, the AM crystal is packaged, and the mother liquor separated from the centrifuge is sent to the refining process.

The project adopts a set of advanced DCS control system for centralized control and management. The system can not only display and control the parameters of each instrument in time, but also set up security interlock and alarm functions. The level of production automation and the main control scheme are based on the principle of practicality and economy, the selection of conventional instrument system, the combination of local indication and centralized display and record.
