Chemical equipment layout design regulations HG/T20546.2

1 General Rules

1.0.1 In order to improve the design quality of chemical plant engineering, standardize the layout design of equipment, and formulate this part of these provisions.

1.0.2 This part applies to the equipment layout design of new, expanded or reconstructed process plants in the chemical industry. Petroleum, petrochemical, textile, medicine and other industries can be implemented with reference.

1.0.3 In addition to this part and the other four parts of this regulation (HG/T20546.1, HG/T20546.3 ~ HG/T20546.5), the equipment layout design shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.

2 Layout Points

2.1 Requirements of process and flow

2.1.1 Equipment layout design shall meet the requirements of the process flow. Such as vacuum, gravity flow, solid discharge, etc., all according to the pipeline and instrument flow

The elevation of the chart requires layout equipment. The equipment dealing with corrosive, toxic and viscous materials should be arranged tightly according to the nature of the material, and measures such as setting up a separation wall should be taken if necessary, and the arrangement should be based on the terrain, the minimum frequency of the wind direction throughout the year, so as not to affect the requirements of the process. Such as air intake and circulating water cooling tower.

2.2 Requirements for environmental protection, fire prevention, explosion prevention, labor safety and health and occupational safety and health

2.2.1 The fire spacing of equipment, buildings, structures, etc. shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the current laws and regulations on fire prevention. If there are supporting public works and auxiliary facilities in the process equipment, they shall be separately arranged into a small area, and located outside the scope of the explosion danger zone, with fire spacing between the process equipment. Attention should be paid to environmental protection, the use, storage and production of toxic and polluted equipment should be adopted in the way of zoning layout, noise generation equipment should be isolated from other equipment to prevent pollution and noise. Devices and equipment with large fire and explosion risks and harmful gases should be arranged in the open air or semi-open as far as possible to relatively reduce the risk, toxicity and destructiveness of accidents. The equipment should be distributed according to the classification of the risk level.

The arrangement of electrical equipment using electric energy or motor should meet the requirements of the current national "Code for the Design of Electric equipment in Explosion and fire Danger Environment" GB50028. Auxiliary buildings such as the centralized control room, substation, laboratory and office of the device shall be arranged outside the scope of the explosion danger zone and close to the edge of the device area.

For the location of the equipment with open flames and the control room and the power distribution room, the problem of the minimum frequency wind direction throughout the year should be considered. Installations with open flame installations should be positioned downwind of installations that are likely to emit flammable gases, liquefied hydrocarbons and flammable liquids storage tanks at the minimum frequency of the wind direction throughout the year. The flue gas from the chimney should not be blown towards the compressor room or the control room. The distribution room should be arranged on the upwind side of the place where flammable and explosive gases can leak out.

In terms of labor safety and health and occupational safety and health, we must implement the principle of "safety for production, production must be safe" and the health policy of "prevention first".

2.3 Easy Operation

2.3.1 Device layout should be considered to create a good operating environment for the operator, mainly including: necessary operating channels and platforms; Stairs and safety entrances shall meet the standard requirements; Reasonable arrangement of equipment spacing and headroom height. The position of the control room should be reasonable, avoid the danger area, and stay away from the vibration equipment, so as not to affect the operation of the instrument.

2.4 Easy installation and maintenance

2.4.1 The installation and maintenance of the equipment should use mobile lifting equipment as far as possible. The following requirements should be met in the layout design stage:

1 The entrance and exit of the road and the clearance height should be convenient for the access of the mobile crane;

2. Floor area and space required for handling and lifting;

3. Cleaning site of the filling in the equipment:

4 During regular overhaul, all equipment can be overhauled at the same time;

5 For the tube bundle core-pulling of heat exchangers and heating furnaces, there should be enough space to consider, and it should be avoided to extend to the adjacent channel when pulling out the tube bundle. Adequate maintenance areas should also be provided for the maintenance and replacement of rotating equipment components such as compressor drivers.

2.4.2 Fixed maintenance equipment is required in the following situations:

1 Manhole cover needs to be equipped with davit:

2 The tray and the inner parts of the tower shall be provided with davit;

3 Indoor compressors and turbines need to be equipped with cranes; For small compressors can be set up simple lifting facilities;

4 The mixer in the building shall be equipped with a hanging beam or crane.

2.5 Economic and Reasonable requirements

2.5.1 The equipment layout should be mainly economical and reasonable under the premise of meeting the process requirements, and pay attention to neat and beautiful. In addition to the pipes required for thermal expansion, the equipment layout should consider the pipe as short and straight as possible, and some equipment can not be arranged according to the process for economic purposes.

2.5.2 In order to consider neat and beautiful, the following arrangements can be adopted:

1 Rows of towers, if possible set up a joint platform;

2 When the heat exchanger is arranged side by side, it should be drawn by the center line of the pipe pipe nozzle on the side of the pipe corridor;

3 The arrangement of centrifugal pumps should be aligned with the center line of the pump outlet pipe;

4 Horizontal containers should be drawn by the tangent line of the side head of the pipe corridor; Heating furnace, reactor, etc. should be aligned with the center line.

3 Clear distance, clearance and related elevation

3.1 Minimum Clear distance between devices

3.1.1 The net distance between equipment should first meet the requirements of fire spacing, see the provisions of "Code for Design Fire Protection of Petrochemical Enterprises" GB50160 and "Code for Building Design Fire Protection" GB50016, the reference standard specification should be the current effective version.

3.2 Recommended headroom height or vertical distance

4 Operate platforms and ladders
4.1 Operating Platform
4.1.1 Platforms and ladders should be set up in places requiring operation and frequent maintenance in production. Movable platforms with straight or inclined ladders can be used to operate manholes, instruments and valves within a height range of 3m from the ground only during maintenance.
4.1.2 The dimensions of the platform shall comply with the following provisions:
The width of the platform is generally not less than 800mm. The clearance above the platform shall be set as specified in Table 3.2.1, and the width of the maintenance platform shall be set as specified in Table 3.1.2.
The most suitable height of the equipment manhole center line anomaly platform is 750mm. The allowable height range is set as specified in Table 3.2.1.
3 The platform set for the feeding port of the equipment should be less than 1m away from the top surface of the feeding port.
4.1.3 Railings shall be set around the platform, and baseboards shall be set around the edge of the platform and the opening of the platform except the entrance of the platform.
4.1.4 A platform can be set in the following parts of the furnace:
1 Flue blower.
2 burners and viewing holes that are difficult to access on the ground, set the width of the platform, the side of the tubular furnace is greater than or equal to 750mm, and the end is greater than or equal to 1000mm.
3 Soot blower.
4 Collecting pipe (including detachable parts) is only equipped with platform support. When maintenance is required, a platform board is temporarily added or an active platform is provided.
5 Sampling points of the platform.
4.1.5 In order to facilitate operation and regular maintenance, for facilities above 1.8m on the ground or above 1.8m on the platform, the distance between the instruments on the equipment and 1.8m on the ground is more than 1.8m, the platform or permanent ladder should be set up according to Table 4.1.5. Consider the following two requirements:
1 The flange pipe port on the container, the cut-off valve on the pipe gallery, the local temperature and pressure measurement point root valve on the container, the primary component of the centralized instrument, the temperature and pressure measurement point on the pipeline and the lowest pipe on the pipe gallery
