Critical chemical process equipment is any kinds of material reactors or tanks that made by glass lined, PTFE, PFA,tantalum, alloy steel, Borosilicate glass 3.3 can be operated at full vacuum and low pressure(up to 0.6Mpa). High anti-acid corrosion performance realize the large scale corrosive chemical solution reaction in such kinds of reactors,distillation system.
As one whole reaction system, tanks is used on feeding and receiving on early phase stage. Beside it, heat exchangers is used on cooling when exothermic reaction. Generally,glass-lined/carbon silicate shell and tube type heat exchangers,glass-lined plate type condenser is critical equipment in cooling system. If in special corrosive condition example alkali,sulphate, heat exchangers made by alloy steel,PTFE,PFA will be armed on system.
Distillation column or tower for glass-lined are always customized according to the process and available space.As the same as pipes, column size and other parameter can be designated by our technical team for installing as one whole system.
